What is the utility of blanks in car
tires?
Many of you often notice that there
are openings in the tires of both old and modern cars and their different types
and models. Don't expect this to be arbitrary. There is no public culture
specific to a particular industry, especially if it is a giant industry such as
automobile manufacturing, and it is just an arbitrary thing without interest!
Some of you may have noticed that the
primitive design of the old wooden wheels was completely molded from the wood
and the frame was without blanks whatever the size of the cart being dragged!
This may have led the ancients to understand that these tyres increase the
weight of the cart being dragged, and they have invented this is a centralized
system that distributes weight to the areas of the frame evenly as well as
reduces the weight of the frame itself.
But that is not the only reason, as
the cart will go more easily and it will be lighter if the weight of the frame
at the point that touches the earth is reasonably mild. In this way, the
resistance to gravity will be reduced and therefore the cart will go faster and
much easier during the movement of the tyre.
Also, there is a very important
benefit for these spaces, which are to allow the flow of air and thus will
allow the brakes to be cooled and will help smooth the BIOS while the tyre
rotates.
Did you expect these holes to be
so important?
